Handy base for 2 nights with very helpful staff who seemed unable to grasp the concept of customer service. Big room with a magnificent view over garden. Fantastic and perfect location not too far from Sherpa Adventure. Right by lakeside and downtown and many shops. A beautifully kept and incredibly beautiful hotel, my first choice in Pokhara.

One service that I missed for my work was a well-equipped business center. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated space with all the necessary facilities for meetings and work-related activities.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were well equipped with all the necessary facilities and the breakfast provided was delicious.
